Studio policies

Policies will ensure that all clients get serviced 
in a relaxing and timely manner without distractions for client’s such as the Lash Artist. 
Being that all of our client’s time is just as important as our own.

Late Cancellations / No show
-Cancellations made less the 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment are a considered late cancellation.
-Simply not showing to your appointment is considered a No Show.
*** 50% of appointments total will be required to be paid before being able to schedule any future appointments
credit/debit payments available by phone or electronic invoice***

Late Arrival 
After 15 minutes shall be rescheduled and will be considered a No Show. 
Please plan accordingly.

Cellphone use 
-In order to complete service in a timely manner cellphone use is not permitted at time of service .

Children 
-If absolutely necessary you may bring your child accompanied by an adult that is able to watch over them while your service is completed. Please plan accordingly
